What to bring when camping/backpacking
Your Scout
handbook has all the information you need and a checklist to help you pack
properly. For car camping trips you may carry your equipment in a duffel bag.
Backpacking requires - yep, a backpack.
Troop supplies tents.
However, more experienced Scouts may want to invest in a personal lightweight backpacking
tent.
